Workshop XPS

The workshop mainly aims at researchers who (plan to) include X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy as characterization method in their studies. You will learn about the fundamentals, the potential and the restrictions of the method. The main goal of the workshop is to improve your skills in planning your XPS measurements and in peak fitting / interpreting the measured spectra.
