MagBatt VI × ELLIPSE

We are excited to announce a special three-day event that, for the first time, unites two major conferences in the post-lithium battery community: MagBatt VI × ELLIPSE.

This combined conference will take place in Ulm, Germany, from September 9 to 11, bringing together leading international experts to explore cutting-edge developments in next-generation battery technologies. By merging the scope of the International Symposium on Magnesium Batteries (MagBatt) with the ELectroLytes and Interfaces in PoSt-Li BatteriEs (ELLIPSE) Conference, attendees can expect an exceptionally rich scientific program.

MagBatt VI × ELLIPSE will feature contributions on:

  • Sodium, magnesium, potassium, calcium, zinc, and aluminum batteries
  • Electrolytes, interfaces, and interphases
  • Advanced characterization and modeling
  • Charge-transfer processes and related fundamental research

The goal of this joint event is to present and discuss the latest state-of-the-art findings and progress across the entire post-lithium field, from materials and mechanisms to electrochemical performance and analytical innovations. As always, participants can look forward to talks from many of the world’s foremost battery researchers.

Venue

The venue is the City House in Ulm, which is in the heart of the City, at the market place, right in front of the Minster, see a virtual panorama tour:
